As we reflect on 2024, reSpace has laid an extraordinary foundation for an impactful launch in Q1 2025. This year has been marked by incredible progress, transforming visionary ideas into actionable milestones that bring our Co-Homeownership model closer to reality.

We established reSpace as a company and completed the critical design and permitting work for our first property, preparing for presales. To support these efforts, we developed a 3D virtual tour that vividly showcases the reSpace vision and creates excitement among potential buyers. Additionally, we have begun laying the roadmap for our technical strategy, Envision. We now have a highly skilled software engineering team that will deliver a strong technology platform to fuel future growth.

We are proud to have assembled a dedicated leadership and operations team and achieved trademark registration, safeguarding the reSpace brand for years to come. Our marketing efforts are well underway, building anticipation and engagement with buyers and brokers alike. Meanwhile, property owners have approached us, interested in transforming their properties into reSpace communities, underscoring the market’s enthusiasm for our model.

Through strategic partnerships, such as our collaboration with the City of Spokane and the support of a growing community of advocates, reSpace is poised for success in 2025 and beyond.

Property Development: 

As part of our preparations for a successful presale launch, we’ve completed the strategic naming of The Ballard Collective | The Grove. This step is key to creating a cohesive identity that conveys a strong sense of community and belonging centered around a unified theme inspired by the Pacific Northwest’s natural beauty.

The naming—The Heartwood (Main Building), The Conifer (Bungalow ADU), and The Evergreen (Detached DADU)—was designed to resonate with buyers, creating an emotional connection to the property while highlighting its unique character.

We are working to finalize all collateral and marketing activities to ensure a seamless presale experience. This includes 3D renderings, virtual walkthroughs, and a complete marketing package to showcase the property’s appeal. The Grove is shaping to be a standout offering combining affordability, luxury, and community living—essential elements for attracting committed buyers.

Operations and Technology: 

We are thrilled to share that reSpace’s trademark registration has been completed and is now fully protected through 2034. This milestone marks a critical step in safeguarding our brand and ensuring long-term exclusivity in the market. Moving forward, we will implement measures to monitor and maintain compliance, demonstrating our commitment to being responsible stewards of this mark as we continue to build reSpace into a trusted leader in modern homeownership.

Marketing & Outreach: 

Last month marked a dynamic and productive period for reSpace as we continued to build momentum and expand our networks. We hosted a highly successful reSpace Broker Lunch and Learn, where we introduced the unique benefits of reSpace to an esteemed group of brokers, investors, and industry leaders. This event provided a valuable platform to strengthen relationships and showcase the transformative potential of reSpace in real estate. All brokers in attendance were excited to register, and most of them thought the $50 cost of becoming a loyalty partner was far too low.

We celebrated our 2024 milestones with a festive Mingle and Jingle event at the Columbia Tower Club. This event united our community to honor the accomplishments that have propelled reSpace forward this year.
