We’re thrilled to share stunning 3D renderings of the Ballard property, which will be used to pre-sell reSpace1 starting in February. By selling the first eight units and building a substantial waiting list, we’re demonstrating the strength of our co-homeownership model while significantly de-risking your investment.

We’re branding the Ballard neighborhood as “The Ballard Collective,” with the three homes at 9215 6th Ave NW named “The Grove.” We have developed 3D renderings to help buyers quickly visualize their new homes. Virtual walkthrough tours and stills highlight the property’s design, with semi-transparent glass used for window views to maintain a minimalistic yet luxurious aesthetic. A comprehensive marketing kit, including a single-property website, social media assets, digital flyers, and teaser videos, is also available. Initial listing photos are expected within two weeks, followed by a review and modification process.

Progress continues on our reSpace Property Viability Framework, a data-driven tool for evaluating properties for co-homeownership. Our approach maximizes efficiency by leveraging commodity software with customized automation, minimizing risk while ensuring scalability. We prioritize partnerships with third-party providers and invest in proprietary tools only when they offer a critical advantage.
