Kathy Burnaman joins as a strategic consultant, offering deep expertise in public-private partnerships, funding strategies, and regulatory frameworks. As former VP of Operations at Port Blakely Companies, she led the Issaquah Highlands Development—a nationally recognized, sustainability-focused master-planned community.
